Data Recovery
Data Recovery Services provides recovery service on a full range of hard drives and operating systems including: IDE, EIDE and SCSI hard drive assemblies, as well as, all makes and models of laptops and notebooks.
Personal computers, workstations, laptops, and removable magnetic media all suffer from the same failures, some of which are:

If the media is inaccessible we will first test the components and closely examine the drive platters to determine the extent of physical damage, which enables us to layout a course of action for each individual drive. In order to successfully recover crashed hard drives, the replacement of failed or damaged components in a clean room environment is often involved. Some components that can fail are: electronics, read/write heads, head assemblies, magnets and drive motors. Once we are able to get the drive to come to a ready state, we will pull the raw image off the drive by using specialized hardware and software tools designed in our research and development lab.
After determining what steps will be necessary to complete your recovery, we will contact you to approve your data recovery. No work will be done without your approval. As soon as you approve the recovery, our technician will continue with the recovery effort, validate the data and place it on a suitable replacement media, whether that is another drive, CD-ROM, DVD, or any other media.

Service Contracts
Amnet P.C. Solution Inc. can provide different types of service agreements as follows:
- Hourly rate, which requires advance appointments at the rate of $105.00 per hour which applies to on site technician's time, minimum of one hour charge will be applied to all networking jobs.
- Block of hours, which can be purchased at a discounted price and can be used any time with no minimum charge with the maximum response time of four hours. With the purchase of 25 HRS block and above, you will get emergency respond time of an hour at no extra charge. Customer only pays for the required parts or any upgrade to the existing units.
- Service Contracts, that covers all system maintenance within a period of one year for fixed price that can be paid on monthly basis (parts excluded).
Labor Rate:
All on site labor rate is $105.00 per hour. Blocks of time will get discounted as follows:
- BLK25: $2425.00 Block of 25 hours
- BLK50: $4650.00 Block of 50 hours
- BLK100: $9100.00 Block of 100 hours

Warranty and Services
All hardware used by Amnet P.C. Solution Inc. are name brands, new and with one-year warrant from the manufacturer. The labor on all the repairs has 90 days warranty. All servers come with 3 years warranty on all the parts and one year on all the labor, which can be hardware or software related issues.
On the data recovery and virus issues we cannot give any warranty so customers are responsible for their own data backup as Amnet P.C. Solution inc. will guide them through, properly.
